Misguided by the 405 'cause it lead me to an alcoholic summer.
I missed the exit to your parents' house hours ago.
Red wine and the cigarettes: hide your bad habits underneath the patio.

that keeps me thrown askew.~

If you do grow weary of my rather long comments, just say "halt!", and I shall. I know that at some point, most people do grow quite tired of these things.
I have many theories, opinions, and etc in my head. And this one, reminds me of my own personal experiences. I won't share it to the wide public, however, I will elaborate on the analysis.
This person seems to suffer from trying to live up to other people's standards. Constantly magnified, cut, distorted, etc. And yet, all the while, this individual seems to still know where they want to be.
The shoes are quite too far apart from the individual, to be even considered that they are even connected to the body. This represents to me the individual knowing where or who they want to be.
The part of the individual that is elaborated with the frame shows a quite oversized bellybutton. It resembles much like an eye if you observe closely. I’d like to think that this suggests a “hunger” for the acceptance of the person or people that this individual wants to impress. The eye in general is used to watch and perceive. With standards, you need a physical eye or a mental eye to live up to those standards. With the eye placed in the belly, it shows the desire for acceptance. Since this is where the viewer’s focus is, I’d like to think that despite the importance of being your own person, this individual still has a strong desire to meet the public’s level of standard. The shoes are barely visible off to the side, while the main focus is the distorted figure.
That, or, the idea of prolonging of “being your own person,” has starved this body for the necessity of the truth; that this person is not what everyone wants him or her to be. And all the while, the public still holds strong onto their standards (noticing the magnified eye on the facial area; used to see what he or she must live up to), the individual holds up their current status to show what the standards are resulting to (the arm off to the right), however, the public seems to not notice. All the while, the shoes are cast off to the side, yet still visible, revealing the individual is quite aware that it is still there, and maybe he or she is just at their breakpoint of considering to not to try and impress others, but to impress themselves.
I could be far off, however, this is what I perceive. I noticed your artworks resemble the experimental genre. Do any of your artworks have a purpose behind them? Most claim that you can perceive a lot about an artist through their creations. Though this is not a stable statement, it does have its truthful moments. Whenever I view your artwork, the words “personal deep secret” comes to mind. Your artworks seem quite personal, secretive, and yet, ironically, loud. Nevertheless, purpose or not, you create many deep pieces that result me into the philosophical modes. Which I thank you very much.
Keep up the great work!
